Choose one or more tours, pick the number of guests, then send your booking with the date you would like. You need a free account so you can follow your booking in My bookings.

Once you send a booking request here or on WhatsApp, we normally confirm within 1-2 hours during business hours. For airport transfers, please book at least 24 hours ahead.

No. No payment is taken on this website. When we confirm your booking we agree the payment details with you: bank transfer, mobile money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa) or cash.

Your booking starts as a request. We check availability and confirm it by email, and we may also call or WhatsApp you. You can always see the latest status in My bookings.

Each tour page lists what the price covers and what it does not, in US dollars. Many day tours price per person and get cheaper for bigger groups, and most exclude hotel transport unless it says otherwise. The total on your booking is an estimate; if anything needs to change, we tell you before confirming.

While your booking is still waiting for confirmation, you can cancel it yourself in My bookings. After it is confirmed, contact us at least 12 hours before your service for a full refund; cancellations inside 12 hours may carry a small fee.

Yes. See the transfer price list for the fixed price between the airport or ferry and your hotel, and the vehicles we use.

Please tell us in the notes when you book, or message us first. We will let you know what we can arrange.

Yes. We welcome couples, families and groups, and we have vehicles from private cars up to 28-seat coaches. Contact us to plan the details.
